Cat cafes have been gaining traction in the US market, but are numerous and established in Asia. Cat cafes are a safe space for cats of all breeds and ages to relax and interact with visiting human guests.
While not all cat cafes have the adoption concept, Nabi Cat Cafe’s mission is to partner up with a local shelter to focus on helping rescue cats have a second chance in life. We hope many who visit our cafe fall in love with the cuddly felines and become their forever compawnion (or servants 👀).

“Nabi” (nah-bee) directly translates to “butterfly” in Korean, but is also a commonly used nickname in Korea for cats found on the streets. This is similar to how we would say “Fido” in English as a substitute name if we don’t know the individual dog’s name.

We are partnering with a local shelter to foster some of their cats, so unfortunately, we won’t be directly taking in cats. We recommend finding a shelter or rescue to temporarily house the cat (until they find their permanent, loving home)!
